Sleep:

Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle and is much more than a break from our daily activities. It’s an active, naturally occurring state of mind and body in which our mental and physical health is renewed. Our nervous, immune and muscular systems are restored in tune with Circadian Rhythm. Sleep is essential to maintaining one’s mood, memory and cognitive performance.
Lack of proper sleep results in various disorders such as insomnia, hypersomnia, narcolepsy, and sleep apnea, sleepwalking and circadian rhythm sleep disorders among others.

Building strong relationships with people who can help you cope with stress is also important. Exercising, setting some time aside for fun and relaxation, replacing unhealthy coping habits with healthy ones, getting enough sleep and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can all help reduce the stress levels.
